Before making payment of your purchase from Prima Royale Cakes, you will be asked to tick a box indicating that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

For ease of reference;

‘Product’ and ‘products’ refers to anything and everything that is sold by Prima Royale Cakes and/or its representative, including but not limited to any product, service, tutorial access, digital good, digital subscription, baked goods.

‘We’ and ‘I’ refer to Prima Royale Cakes.

‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to a person / user who purchase any product with Prima Royale Cakes.

All products are non refundable (partial or fully), transferable nor exchangeable.

Prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Price quoted does not include tax. We are not liable for any additional taxes, duty, charges, import fee or other costs which may be imposed by any third party or your local authorities. Please check with your relevant authorities, banks or payment providers before purchase.

For all digital products;

It is your responsibility to operate using the correct hardware and software to view and/or save the content provided in the tutorials. 

Unless stated otherwise, all products are in English language - either in the form of spoken and/or written, including subtitles. We are unable to perform any translation.

For baked goods;

Once the cakes are out of our hands, you are responsible to handle the cakes with extra care. They are fragile items, always place them in a cool room on a stable platform. If you are transporting the cakes, drive gently! Watch those sharp turns, bumps and potholes!

Delivery: In case your recipient is not available to receive the cakes, they will be sent back to us, at an additional return fee chargeable to you. You can redirect the cake to another destination - additional fee will be charged according to the new delivery location. For as much as we want your cakes to arrive in shape and on time, some times things are beyond our control. If you encounter any issue with the delivery, reach out to us and we will help the best we can.

For downloadable products;

Please download the files within 3 months of purchase. After which, you may not be able to access the files. You have unlimited stream and/or download of the videos within 3 months upon purchase. However if you access from different devices during this period, each link is limited to 5 download and/or stream attempts only.  We strongly suggest a hard disk backup to protect your files and data against errors, hardware failure, virus attacks, natural disasters etc.

For digital subscription products;

You have unlimited stream of the videos during the subscription period. However if you access from different devices, each link is limited to 5 download and/or stream attempts only. 

Your subscription is automatically renewed unless you cancel the subscription before your next billing cycle is due.

Upon cancelling the subscription, you can no longer reactivate the subscription and will not have access to the product after the next payment due date. If you want to regain access to the product, you will have to repurchase it, and the set up fee (if applicable) will be imposed.

All videos and other tutorial contents provided are for your reference and learning purposes. Content, tips, recipes, information provided in the videos, PDFs and any other formats are strictly for individual use only. They are the intellectual property of Prima Royale Cakes, you must not copy, share, teach, or distribute to anyone over any channel indefinitely.

Learning outcome and progress vary across individuals. There is no guaranteed results. Practice makes progress. Reach out to Nicole if you need further assistance.

Prices quoted or stated in the website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and also the right to cancel your purchase without notice.
