About Prima Royale Cakes and Nicole

Hello! My name is Nicole and i am from Malaysia.

I have been making buttercream flower cakes since 2018. In 2022, I started conducting flower cake piping workshops in my baking studio. And this year, i started this online tutorials website so I could share my passion globally.

Flower piping is not difficult - if you apply the right technique and recipes using the right tools.

In these online tutorials, I share my methods of piping buttercream flowers, unconventional take on colours, my buttercream recipes (made to withstand the heat little longer), you will also see how I work efficiently so that there's less cleaning up later!

I also share my tips on handling buttercream in warmer environment, assembling flower cake & cupcakes, and my thoughts behind the steps and my designs rationale.
